since I have not received an answer from him , I create this theme I paid for the service on the vpscheap.net through site coinpayments.net. them I received a message Quote Your payment of 0.00065000 BTC to vpscheap has timed out without us receiving the required funds. The transaction with ID CPCG7PVIEZPISKTAAQZKR8KHEP has been cancelled. If you sent funds that didn't confirm in time to complete the transaction, they will still need to confirmation on the blockchain before we can return them to you. Only after it has been confirmed on the blockchain will you receive an email within 8 hours with a link to claim the refund. If you don't receive the email 8 hours AFTER getting confirmations or need any help or assistance feel free to contact us at https://www.coinpayments.net/help-support CoinPayments.net I followed the link and get the answer Quote No refunds are available for this payment at this time. You may have already claimed them or if your transaction hasn't confirmed on the blockchain it won't be available until AFTER it confirms. This can also happen if the merchant is using our API and didn't include your email in the API call. If you feel this is in error continue to post a support ticket below... my payment was confirmed a long time 13 july ,but return I did not receive Title: Re: coinpayments.net scam Post by: Slow death on July 19, 2018, 04:27:26 PM I see that you only have one post and your account was created recently, in case you do not know, post here:

Quote This can also happen if the merchant is using our API and didn't include your email in the API call. In case he didn't opt in to receive PM's from newbies. I've given him a heads up! Title: Re: coinpayments.net scam Post by: buwaytress on July 22, 2018, 08:36:59 PM I'd be very surprised if this were a scam. I've used Coinpayments before and they're as legitimate as it gets as a Bitpay competitor. Like Bitpay, though, if you don't give a good fee it gets all weird with refunds.
Make sure you fill in the support ticket, check also with the merchant to help follow up. I doubt they will scam for $4.
