I don't see password for login as you said in pm "DO NOT SHARE YOUR VOUCHER LOGIN AND PASSWORD".
So our security only that voucher code? To login just need put voucher code and capthca.

The site itself is not informative at all. There should be more and clearer details within the site. Is it a wallet cum exchange? And the exchange rates seems higher than other competitor.

In the first place, unitaco system is bitcoin mixer - wallet that can be used for really anonymous transfers.

What time does the payment signature campaign start to pay out actually ?

I saw this and thought that they mean standard bitcoin network fee. Because, if the service charges a fee (even the minimum), they can't write that it is "free" or "our system does not charge a commission".
How much they will charge in case when I will use BTC-e USD code? Is this fee fixed or will depend of BTC exchange rate?

Basically, today (Wednesday) is the payday. BTW, I'd say, expect the payment in few days/hours (like last week).

Tried sending funds with their escrow service. It works nicely and could be helpful. The concept of it is good. Who is the Arbitrator? Will you/someone on your team be that person or will you pick someone from this forum to help with it or something?

Arbitrator may be anyone who registered in Unitaco system as "Trust" and choosed as Trust in deal by two users.

BITTALK - it is unitaco system trust. You can enter to this trust with your merchant voucher and choose it as escrow when buying/selling something that can be uniquely checked after deal.

I split my balance to have 2 accounts.
The second merchant ID, I got : 42ETSZW (with balance 10 uBTC).

I opened it and selected the option "pay"... It showed me the options to select "Merchant" or "Agent". I selected "Merchant". But Unfortunately it took all my balance as fee.

-Need to wait 4 confirmation to get the voucher code not 3 confirmation like other website
-Many fee in the process, I already lose 0.002 BTC and stuck here I think need 0.001 BTC more to continue the steps

So my review is just about that confirmations, could you make it less than 3confirmations? and could you remove the message "voucher not found" when the transaction has no 3 confirmations yet? Maybe it will make some new users a bit afraid when getting that message as I have just experienced :)
