No BS Crypto was pioneered by Chris Koerner as a cryptocurrency community providing no-cost algorithm-driven crypto rankings spreadsheets.
The $NOBS token was created as a utility token that serves as the driving mechanism behind a transparent, unbiased & crowdsourced crypto ratings & review system.
This system seeks to bring accountability into the business of reviewing and rating crypto projects, communities, ICOs, and more.
$NOBS was ENTIRELY AIRDROPPED. We did not do an ICO. We raised exactly ZERO dollars for this. The AirDrop went viral; one of the most viral airdops in crypto history.
The second round of the airdrop is still under distribution and there are already over 37,000 $NOBS holders!!

nobs is currently my favorite project because of chris and John mcafee is on the team aswell :D and has tremendous room for growth started off really cheap due to 100% airdrop but now that airdrop is over we are seeing some price action. Also wana congratulate on coinex listing nobs is on 2 of the top exchanges and hopefully will make it to binance and okex soon too. Previously a similar project revain came into my sight which also aimed to provide reviews and it went to near a billion USD marketcap i am sure we will see nobs among top 100 crypto soon aswell because the team is dedicated and experienced :)

Why is it that I encountered this just now that John McAfee is one of the advisors? I guess, I'm too late to know this project? No details under the Token section on your website?

true the website needs an overhaul with better information on front page , i think its on their todo list should be done soon. They plan to do a big announcement on 1st august aswell lets see they announced token burning will happen too

What I can say is I have been watching on this platform since the beginning and all the related items to be launched have been accomplished so far and with the solid community having faith on this platform soon this will amaze the crypto industry enthusiast as well.

This is among the few fastest growing project in this space in last 6 months.

I have seen John McAfee announcement about some good news on August 1, any idea what is the news? And why this thread has only 1 page? Doesn't look so good. Well at least NOBS has one of best exchanges.

why hasn't the token been burned until now? or maybe the rest of the token will be sold in the market in an overdue, I see the price is so cheap, it's not 100% airdrop as promised if there are remaining tokens that haven't been burned until now.

Be careful, 3 months ago Chris also said he would make a big announcement, at that time the price was at 17 and 18 satoshi, after the big announcement, the price was directly dropped to 11 satoshi and until now it continued to go down and never went up again.

There are so many rumors about No BS I think it should be cleared here, Just trying to let community know the exact same words from TEAM.

On page 19 of our white paper (https://nobscrypto.com/files/wp.pdf) you'll see a sentence that reads, "Uncirculated tokens may be burned in the future if deemed necessary." On October 23rd we will be burning the vast majority of our tokens for reasons outlined below. We will be releasing a revised white paper next week to accurately reflect this burn, but the original will be left up as well.

We ultimately created a total supply of 10,000,000,000 because we could not accurately predict how many we would need to distribute throughout all airdrop rounds. This is often the case when no token sale or ICO is held. The amount of tokens distributed wholly depending on the following six unpredictable factors:

How many total airdrop participants there would be.
Of the above number, how many airdrop participants would pass KYC and prove to ultimately be legitimate.
How many legitimate referrals, on average, each fully-KYCed airdrop participant would invite to the airdrop.
How many tasks each airdrop participant and referral would perform for tokens. The total amounts earned were to range from between 3,000 to over 300,000.
How many airdrop rounds the demand for this token would ultimately necessitate.
How many tokens would be needed going into the future to fulfill the rate and review utility outlined in our white paper.
Considering the six variables above, it was impossible for us to predict beforehand, with any level of accuracy, how many tokens would be distributed. Without a fork, it is impossible to create new NOBS tokens after creation. However it is fairly easy to burn them, should too many exist. This is why we chose to create the large, round number of 10 billion total tokens.

As of October 16th, 2018, the circulating supply is much less than total supply of 10,000,000,000. We feel that there are far too many unused tokens in existence. The purpose of the token is for people to use it as a utility for bidding on the right to rate and review crypto projects. Having billions of unused tokens is not helpful in the accomplishment of that objective. As of today, we have decided to burn approximately 75% of the total supply. The team (10%) and company (25%) token percentages will proportionally be burned as well, so there will be no change to the percentages originally outlined in the tokenomics section of our white paper. The remaining amount of tokens will be what are in circulation, the team and company's percentages and a small buffer amount for community airdrops and incentivizing events. This burn will take place on October 23rd, 2018 and there will be no other token burns after that point.
Might be last announcement cleared all these false claims, There are so many things in background to complete before actually burning the coin, And since this coin is 100% Airdropped coin there might be a lot work to be done to complete the airdrop proceed, Now its time to burn and Team is doing that, It is better to help team if they need anything from community than just making false claims and to try ruining a community project.

tokens that are burned as much as 75% of the total 10,000,000,000, so the remaining only 2,500,000,000. but burning makes the price go down, just need to wait for patience.  ;D

not worried at all, just filling as many bags as i can..

it would seem "the burning" would have increased PPT (price per token) equivalently ?  but definitely not the case as this TUH TUH TUH TIMMMMMMMBERS down.  Is there any hope here for NOBS or just a another money grab?

in the future, it positively affects to the price of a token.
