Post by: richan on July 20, 2018, 05:00:12 PM Why almost all ICOs banned chinese and USA residents from participating in their ICOs? I don't think cryptocurrency is illegal in USA but why? Can someone give me a specific answer?

Developers of ICO projects do not want to have problems, so just in case they do not allow residents of these countries to participate in their ICO.
