What is the right sequence or timing to buy and sell BTC?
When BTC drops, then sell all alts to buy BTC, when BTC goes high, then sell BTC for alts?
How many percents do you put aside for long-term HODLING?

That's depending on your strategy, we cannot sepcify when its is the best time. Currently, I have separated my money into several pieces, and I will buy at several prices of bitcoin like 7k 6k 5k, even 4k. Do not buy all at one time! Otherwise, you could lose your control. Be careful man!

You never know unless you have researched it thoroughly. Now's a very good time to buy since it is still not that expensive if I were you I would invest all of my money in the meantime if not then I'll slowly manage my money to purchase bit by bit until it's good enough.

you should mark a target mate if you want to get the right timing to sell. 'cause actually anytime is a good time to sell at least you gained enough profits on it ,. I have tried to used bitcoin to buy altcoins at each other advantage but it has not worked perfectly for me as it seen no much opportunities to do that.  Bitcoin will ever be dragging other coins along so I think buying and holding should be the best options. The price of  bitcoin when gets down at that time is the correct time to buy bitcoin. Now also the value of bitcoin is not too much high, so you can buy at this time also. The price started to increase gradually so if you buy this time and hold it for future. Surely the benefits will be more than you invest. I think if you're a long holder and strongly believe to the blockchain and crypto it's your time. Actually if you're new on this market and miss 5800 for BTC any price lower than 6000 or 7000 would be appropriate for you. Bitcoin is the golden opportunity for all the investors in Crypto platform. But we should plan for everything then only all the investments are move to forward. Because traders are know the potential of Bitcoin so they are all hold the Bitcoin for long term and altcoins are used for short term trading. I believe you already knew the right time to buy and sell bitcoin but you don't have point ( number ) as limit to take action. We all know when enter the market everything should clear, so we can follow it without asking. About how many percents is depend on your strategy and limit but 30 - 40% is good. See again your strategy and make them clear and easy to follow.
 

If you look at the present market trends its a good decision to invest on bitcoins. I will say yes, now it is the good time to start buying bitcoin as the price is down. If you can analyze then do it before you buy so you can buy at lower price. you can do trade buy and sell in everyday or you can hold for a short time or long time and you can use bitcoin as your investment.
