I might've figured it out. A bunch of things are currently disabled; I'll work on safely enabling them in the coming days. But, how about enabling user stats at least for self checking? I didn't know that it was shut down because of DDoS, but now I can understand it. Anyway, I was OK without it this year, so if it won't be switched back, I don't really care. When I checked my stats for the first time, I realized that it shows that I usually post in the same time of the day mostly... which is true, so it was working fine while it was working. It was a great way to quickly decide whether or not a user's posts could be what I'm looking for.
