I seek your Opinions rather than Advices or statistics. i have concluded to start investing in Altcoins.(Most preferably). I choose NEO, Why? I'm a lover of smart contracts. I have learnt that NEO have a solid Background which is traced back to China. Now the price of NEO is more affordable compared to last four Months. I'm contemplating whether i should buy Now or wait for price to go lower? I need solid Opinions. ??? ??? ??? ???
