How to organize an effective Bounty campaign?

If you want to organize a decent bounty company you need to cooperate with a good bounty Manager. He will tell you how to do correctly. A good bounty Manager will not work with Scam projects.

and if your question as bounty hunter, I think google spreadsheet or excel is small tools that u can use to organize your bounty..

Go to the bounty section, select several or more topics, there you will see a lot of bounty managers, see how he leads the bounty and determine for himself who you are most suitable for. As there are other sites for bounty hosting you can find them in Google search.

All bounty managers uses a spreadsheet to record bounty participants automatically. This makes their job more simple and easier. If you have no idea on how to manage one, I highly suggest that you hire a skilled bounty manager to do the work.

As a bounty hunter, if you're doing more than 5 bounties together, how can one keep the record of dates of reporting , retweets, reposts etc?

If you want really useful bounty campaign your should give nice rewards to real bounty participants. You can try to work with popular bounty managers to get honest and really necessary campaign

It totally depends on what some key factors like how your bounty campaign should look like rsp. what you are giving bounty for, how large your community already is and how well you're connected with it etc.

You don't necessarily need an (external) bounty manager, you certainly need someone who is responsible for organizing and tracking it but if you're doing something on your website, a bounty manager or team isn't needed. you might want to consider advertising the bounty program in such groups. Some of them also promote projects they don't manage (for a fee of course).

Hiring a bounty manager would help ,he/she uses spreadsheet to have a note of all bounty participants and their stakes.Currently i am participating only under the manager "btcltcdigger' as he don't have any bad remark in the bounty campaigns and no scam projects reported yet

To make bounty program effective, make limits of participants social media and ranks in signature campaign.

You will have well balanced signature participant group and less useless bots in social media.

to make a effective bounty program you to follow some guideline like:-

1. Cooperate with a good bounty manager any legendary member with good experience.
2. Set min criteria to participate in bounty campaign.
3. Set number of maximum participants.
and other read existing bounty campaign threads and choose good criteria which are suits for your campaign..

Not easy to spot a scam project.

If you want to use bounty, I suggest to cooperate with trustworthy bounty manager or work with bountyportals.com or similar. Please don't use the outdated bounty report style here in the [BOUNTY] thread or at least use the google form for the reports.
