There are more and more bitcoins and people are starting to lose it, bitcoin looks more like a sect/kult driven token, one of many, altbitcoins claim to be the real bitcoin, like bitcoin core, bitcoin cash, and are actively used in the market, as real bitcoin and being considered its value, till the scam collapses and not as many us dollars are being given,

sooner or later this will continue to destroy the image.

as soon as the us dollar disappears, why is bitcoin worth multiple bitcoin core, or bitcoin cash?

The only people that use the phrase "The real Bitcoin" are altcoin shills trying to promote their scam coin to newbies who don't know any better (see: BitcoinTrash). Everyone who is busy using Bitcoin just calls it Bitcoin.

The real Bitcoin is Bitcoin.  All the rest is trash. There are some great Alt Coins coming out but when your talking about the #1 coin your talking about Bitcoin. 

That's why why keep holding up signs for anyone who's newly entering the crypto space to take care that it's full of scammers and groups that try to grab money in any possible way no matter how unethical it could be.
But I don't think that these altcoins that try to get the lightspot (especially Bcash) are actually succeeding or getting any heavy investments through this way.

Everyone in the crypto world has to give himself enough time to read before dropping any money anywhere. And by that I'm pretty sure he'll get to know that Bitcoin with the symbol BTC is what he's looking for. Getting convinced that any other altcoin is better is upto him.

There is only one "Bitcoin". There are other notable altcoins that have been making waves in the cryptocurrency market, but they have their own names and are not referred to as Bitcoin. Other instances of Bitcoin are just bait that try to lure in newcomers and take their money. Don't pay much attention to them. It's important to get the community to become more aware of this issue as well to prevent people from investing in the wrong material. It's actually true that sometimes new coins and icos are scams. It's really hard to pull those cases out from the rest, so I believe bitcoin is worth the most because it has the greatest name and support among all cryptos. Furthermore, it's proven to age pretty well with time besides the transaction fees skyrocketing. 

We all know what the real Bitcoin is, even noobs. When you say, "how much Bitcoin is worth now against the US dollar?" we all know it's hovering $7500. That's the simple answer.

The technical answer is: the one with the most accumulate proof of work, the one backed by the most whales, the legacy chain... and so on.

Attempts to fork Bitcoin in whatever else have been blatant scams thus far. No real technological, economical sound arguments, not backed by actual coins, just nonsense.

Hodl Bitcoin, forget about the scams, and keep researching and learning, and you will be well off long term.

Just pin this: When an Altcoin says, "Hey, I am the new and the real Bitcoin! This is a revolution!" Just don't give them a damn attention. The more they say they're Bitcoin, the more they not. And to those copy-cut, let them taste their current position, soon enough, they'll fall.

it's true today the price of bitcoin is falling, but if with the patience we have to hold our bitcoin, I believe we will surely get the result of our patience in profit.

There is nothing to be confused since bitcoin is bitcoin and the rest are just copies and clones and not the original. Bitcoin cash, bitcoin gold and other version of the forked bitcoins is not bitcoins but an altcoin created out of bitcoins algorithm. Using common sense we dont need to be confused since there is only one bitcoin and it is named bitcoin.

China created fake products of big companies like Microsoft and Apple. people are losing it they don't know what is the real Windows or real iPhone anymore. they are saying Microsoft and Apple look like "a sect/kult". both these companies are going to collapse soon.

you cant say the rest is trash when you haven't tried it! bitcoin will always be the best , but others are working up to bitcoin standards

bitcoin aims as the currency of the future, and I firmly believe it will happen and bitcoin will be increasingly valuable with its increase every year, it will all get better.

OP, I want to make this clear. There is no such thing as a coin called "Bitcoin Core" if you are talking about Bitcoin. Bitcoin Core is Bitcoin's software repository.

But there is a "Bitcoin Core coin", BTCC, the original chain from where Bitcoin Cash forked from.

to a newbie who only visits /r/btc and bitcoin.com of course that is how it may look like. so it is understandable why you think that way. but if you hang around enough time and more importantly if you look at the previous 9 years history you can see that this is not the first time someone forked bitcoin and created some useless altcoin that dies after a while.

The #1 ranked with multi billion market cap in the CMC is the real bitcoin.

Why make any more confusion if we know that it was the one who took birth in 2009 and started to grow over the blockchain !

The rest of them are shitcoins which got generated in the 2017-18 years. I see no confusion at all. If people are confused about such simple fact then why they are here.

Wait until they "squeeze in" the debate that "Bitcoin Cash is the real Bitcoin because Satoshi's vision". Hahaha.

That is how it always ends. First the "bilateral split" argument, then followed by an attack on the Core developers, lastly the declaration that "Bitcoin Cash is Bitcoin". Plus they make confusing "technical" posts in between.

bitcoin created by Satoshi is the real bitcoin, not bitcoin cash or bitcoin gold, or bitcoin core. a few days ago there was a bitcoinjfuji that claimed a real bitcoin. but its value is very bad and dead. no news until today.

I believe you are pointing the cryptocurrency that is labeled by the exchanges by the ticker "BTC", and the coin called just "Bitcoin" as a matter of social consensus, correct? Yes, that is "the real Bitcoin". Thank you for clarifying it for all the newbies.

nah, in case of OP if you look at his post/topic history you can see that he is clearly some sad altcoin bag holder who things if bitcoin drops his bags can gain value. and basically in this topic he is claiming that bitcoin (not just bitcoin cash, bitcoin crap,... but the whole thing) is going to be destroyed because someone forked and created altcoins from it and claims to be "real bitcoin" :D

each time the altcoins he is bag holding take another dive he creates another one of these topics. I don't know what he thinks he can achieve by doing this though!

I am really enlighten from the discussions in this thread owing to the fact that, I thought there is one particular bitcoin in the world of crypto. I think the real bitcoin happens to be the very one that was invented some years ago and ofcourse, the bitcoin that is reigning the crypto world currently. The rest are all auxillary coins.

Only bitcoin (BTC) is real real bitcoin others coins are spare and not worthy some scammers are trying to scam newbies who are planing to invest in bitcoin. but newbie should do some research and get proper info where to invest and which coin need purchase they can use this platform to learn new things about crypto and use genuine exchanges and wallets for purchasing cryptocurrency.

I still do not understand the problem you want to offer. But Bitcoin is really the only one, and its competitors are Altcoins. Any Altcoins can not replace Bitcoin because Bitcoin is widely recognized and accepted as the most popular, most valuable currency.

they claim the real one (bitcoin core, bitcoin cash) because each of them has a good technologies, that can be considered as much better that the classic one which is the BITCOIN, but in the end the real BITCOIN is the bitcoin who used us and that recently got the very highest price hike. and these two are just the shadow of the real one. although bitcoin cash and bitcoin core are in rise. we cannot considered these as the best.

We can;t blame them though as nobody owns the bitcoin trademark anyone can freely use the name as they want to sell their coins. I just actually read a thread here talking about a lawsuit against bitcoin cash since they are misleading consumers that it is the real bitcoin.

I suppose OP had in mind Bitcore (BTX), because ticker BTCC on coinmarketcap show only some exchange with the same name, although Bitcoin Core coin have same ticker. Anyway both coins have very little value and some perspective in future.

New users often can be be misled with so many "bitcoins", but majority know that only one is the first and the real - just look at prices and all doubts should disappear. I do not see the meaning in the statement that some others alts-bitcoins can hurt to much real BTC, or that will be the reason for total collapse.

bitcoin is not just a technology, it is the personification of new money, new gold of the third Millennium. Therefore, it will not be possible to replace it

There is only 1 Bitcoin. All other forks won't surpass it's glory.
