As zolace's attorney I advise you to write a proper cease and desist letter.
Also you should fuck your hat, You korean laws have no weight when it comes to international affairs.

Any further contact with my client and I will have you picked up by a death squad.

Have a good day,

KLYE

He delete all non-positive posts in his threads (he has many threads)
He using provably unfair scripts.
He spamming his users everyday.
His business is unregistered and running on cheap script.
Classic scam domain with whois guard an registered for 1 year only.
And he can only write u threatening messages.

Well it has nothing to do with being registered with 1 year,  is the fact he went against TOS of the site by bumping.  Plus his registration hosting is godaddy, or some other cheap hosting with no protection, so site is not safe for protecting bitcoins.  Easily can get hacked I bet.   At least use a site that is partnered with cloud flare and other good hosting.  I see many good sites using Cloudflare partners, so thats a plus but this one does not.
