Yeah. I think it is kinda problem. You cannot guarantee the safety of hiring process. There can be mistake in the algorithm or something like it.

Incredible concept to utilize an AI in the hiring process, but it need to be able to do 1 thing, that is the verification of skills and abbility of the candidate of the future employee.
If not, there will be a bad possibilities to get a low quality employee, due to the lack of verification on the candidate.
