Supposedly ANACS used to grade them a bit harsher than currently. I've heard of people cracking slabs and getting higher grades on resubmission. IDK though, never tried myself. :P Considering I have no luck when it comes to raffles I would vote for an auction... but I would be tempted to throw my name in the hat with a cheap enough ticket ;) The less luck you have, the better your chances.
