Title: Can Embassies be sued? Post by: Cryptomilz on July 25, 2018, 02:34:57 PM I'm Nigerian and some African countries require visas on arrival while others require that you apply and be granted visas before leaving your country. It's pathetic how a particular country's embassy denied a friend visa's application within minutes and there was no cogent reason given for the refusal. It looked to me like a scam, as the response rate was too quick.
