He has around 2 more and i will find which one is connected to these accounts. Let them freely spam Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. It's their problem - also the problem for the bounty managers and ICOs, not ours (BitcoinTalk). Bring accounts which are spamming on the forum (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4739050.0). Mods will nuke them.
