Title: Wall Street Protestors
Post by: ahimsa on October 09, 2011, 06:07:02 PM
Wouldn't this be a good time to educate and potentially grow the bitcoin community? Having previously lived in New York seems like a ideal opportunity to teach people how to stick it to banks. While they're sitting there wondering who's fetching the next pizza......

Step 1 - Teach these Bank Haters that you can buy stuff with Bitcoin and the bank doesn't get a red penny (no trnx fees).
step 2 - Make a deal with a local pizzeria for say $1 discount if you buy in bulk.
Step 3 - Sell Pizzas to these waiting buyers. You get enough people doing it what are the Feds going to do ????

Note to self, these protestors don't have any money but they gotta have money to buy a slice. Maybe you go around selling slices ????

2nd Note to self - Don't be the one accepting payment and delivering the pizzas. Almost certain that you end up in jail on some B.S. charges.

Thoughts ???

Peace

What the fluff are you talking about?

I did not understand your post at all. Maybe you can link to a news article about these pizza eating protestors?

In one post, everyone is blathering on about BitCoin being dead because the price is too low. The problem is that noone really uses it as a medium of exchange. I'm proposing a creative (maybe crazy) idea to start getting it "used".

And to answer your question everyone eats Pizza in New York. If you need a news article to tell you that then you've obviously never been to New York. And eventually someone is going to come up with a successful digital non-fiat currency. And the last place I'd expect to read about it is in MSM.

Taxes used to make banks richer via the "socialize the losses, privatize the profits"  ::)
