Title: Bitstamp SEPA withdrawal - 8 days - still no money Post by: gmtk on February 19, 2014, 02:38:05 PM Dear Bitcointalk users,
I run into some problems with Bitstamp for the first time and I don't know where can I get any help. SO, I requested a withdrawal of quite large amount of $ on Feb 11th. They suspended it provided me with KYC questionnaire. I have done many SEPA withdrawals before, all went smooth - 2 working days and they are in my bank. ALWAYS. So I answered all the questions, they were happy with that and CONFIRMED my withdrawal on Feb 12th. And now, Feb 19th, my money is still not there! ALSO, I requested another withdrawal on Feb 17th and it arrived today - Feb 19th - 2 working days again. So what is wrong with my first withdrawal? I called my bank twice, they have no signs of it. I submitted 2 support tickets on my Bitstamp account in last 2 days, messaged them on facebook - no response :( I need that money. What can I do? If anybody has been in similar situation, can you share you experience with me? Generally they take up to 5 business days. I would pester Support until you get a response. Money is not there, support not getting back to me, no information on similar cases read some of the stories of people trying to get cash or bitcoin out of mtgox. You will feel a lot better about your situation! |
