I see many people keep on trolling the bitcoin whenever it goes peak.


Personally I assume the bitcoin for long time in all the aspects so I have strong faith on bitcoin and it will be reach the peak value again in the market. I expect the bitcoin to touch the 20k USD on this coming christmas.

well, you must understand the side of people. People bought when the price was $18000 and if they did it was probably because there were many analysts who made very high price forecasts, we are saying that had analysts who predicted that by January 2018 the price of bitcoin would be $40,000. then comes January 2018 and the price drops to $6000, see that this was a big loss for many people, it was the high expectations of the people that were taken, so it is normal for people to be hurt.

Very troublesome when faced with these problems.
However, experienced people and experiencing market problems are not a big deal for them.

Again, you can't please anybody here. This is a community and everyone is free too expressed their opinion. I think trolls makes this community more lively and inter active. Kwukduck for one is one Legendary known for his anti-bitcoin sentiments, and we could have thousands of arguments against him, but at the end of the day, its a good and healthy discussion.

What I don't like though, is the way this shills after newbie traders and investors. And that task is up to us to tell newbies and trying argue against those trolls and prove them wrong. There's no better and satisfying feeling shutting down those trolls.  ;D

Yeah exactly, it all depends on what that person's experience with bitcoin is. Far too many jumped on the train when the buying madness was at its peak, and then they got disappointed when the forecasts for the moon ended up crashing back down to the earth. Unfortunately, a lot of these people blame the coin before taking into account that it was they themselves who decided to click that button and put the money into it. Who believes forecasts anymore anyways? It's impossible to take everything into account at any given moment, and markets are so dynamic that a forecast I make now can easily be changed tomorrow. Just look at any historical data from governments or investment banks about forecasting and compare it with the real prices. I bet almost all of them were way off the mark.

I'd agree with your opinion about having trouble reaching 20k as well though. After such a huge rally it's hard to regain steam so quickly.

Unfortunately, success comes with many "side effects". FUD and trolling are almost inevitable aspects of success, it simply comes along with the territory. Bitcoin being the most successful cryptocurrency, will always be the benchmark - at least for many years to come.

The positive aspect of this is that even bad coverage is good coverage. Every FUD and trolling helps bring it into the consciousness of the public, and those who know to do their own research will realise the FUD is false.

I am also inclined to this trend, not because of "price manipulation," but because of the lack of positive factors that were in the past year, for example, free money from BitcoinCash, forks, positive news, continuous highs, and significant differences between platforms.
In the same way, I also ruled out a drop below $ 5,000.
So at best it would be $ 10,000 to $ 15,000 before the end of the year.

Maybe they are bitcoin haters who got jealous by seeing the growth of bitcoin over the years.This year also we looks like getting ready for new all time high in the price of crypto currencies because from the second half of this year the bitcoin price started to move.

Yes there are many of them exist in the cryptocurrency world when the value increases they are buying many of it and the value increases more if there are people who will sell their bitcoin they will follow them so the result will be going down of its value. So better to stay away from them if you know someone.

I also have this view that people will continually get burnt in this market because this is the true nature of business, you lose someday and you gain someday  ;D. People will keep diving into "hot waters " for the market to continue moving, so we might not see trolling ending.

Bitcoin has a lot of potential and maybe potentially replace fiat currency and the current monetary system that is exploiting, oppressing it's citizens this should not how a currency works. A currency needs to be free from third party tracking, regulations and is convenient to use fast and secure. They can laugh now but soon they'll be using it as payment.

Prediction can be done anyone but all will not gonna be true in the market bro. I love to go with the marketplace movement and make the trading accordingly. I do not think trolling is comes with that one reason alone. May be we may find more problems because of these people.

I too know about regulations bro but how it can be stopped. There are many people go to invest on bitcoin. As number of users increased everyday on crypto currencies then who can stop the bitcoin. Then we have to understand it bitcoin is decentralized cryptocurrencies. So that is why I believe bitcoin will touch the 20k USD.

Some are trolls but there are people left who are still entitled for their opinion to speak as a counter to us.

We may feel upset whenever they appear to these threads and share their sentiments on how pessimistic they have been. But there are also people who have been feeling bad since they have bought at the peak and like today, they never sold when it went down.

I can understand the feeling of their lost but its inevitable to see pessimistic people everywhere.

That is the truth. Because there are guys who are always looking for opportunities to create FUDs when they are left behind. We will not avoid that, they will not stop when the goal is not completed. But we can limit that if we are fully aware of bitcoin and crypto.

And this is the importance of having conviction. We believe in what we have, so these people don't even faze us. We don't have to pay attention to the FUD if we don't want to, and if we ignore it, they'll feel even more useless for spreading something that no one cares about. It's like facing an angry friend with a smile on your face. If you don't return their negative energy, they can't continue giving you theirs. We have the belief in crypto and the knowledge of it, so we've got nothing to worry about.

I also like Bitcoin very much. I like it because it is the first coin I know, and its mechanism is very attractive to me, although it does not bring me too much profit, but hobbies and make money. It doesn't matter!

But it is still not impossible. If bitcoin price can decrease from 20000$ to 60000$, then no doubt that it can recover its previous high price less in less time. I am still sure about bitcoin price that it will surely reach to 20000$ before the end of 20118.

Some of them creating FUD took opportunities on it. They want the market to go down so they can buy on dip. It is their strategies. But some also the have their bad experience and the only way to express their disappointment is to create FUD.  If you like Bitcoin so much, you must avoid them and create your own way to be positive.

There are things that we can not influence. Refers to them must be calm and understanding. Conclusions are appropriate.

If I received a dollar for every time I read the cliched phrase above on every bitcointalk megathread, I probably will have collected a large sum of bitcoin right now. Trick question: Am I trolling you or just stating the obvious?

I believe that bitcoin has it's own potential  and grow eventually in the future. That's why we must  educate others,  don't just  be affected instead  help them understand cyrptocuurency  :)

People have there own precious minds to analyzed what is real and shit . If some people will believed in FUD then let them carried away. That's there will. If some don't then good as they fully understand what they are doing.

Let others troll. It's a good test to see how people really understand the market behaviour not just in bitcoin but all other cryptocurrencies.

I agree with this, while it is true that there are some trolls and people that like to spread FUD, if a person has lost a lot of money with his investment in bitcoin then I cannot blame him if he is mad, I will be very upset as well, but what they need to understand is that they are the ones at fault, many of those that bought at the top of the bubble do not know anything about bitcoin and they only did it because they thought it was easy money, they forgot that a basic rule of investing is to not invest in something you do not understand.

Yes that is very true. Some people who don't believe that cryptocurrencies like bitcoin is not true, that people cannot make money in it. That is not true. In fact, many people that uses bitcoin have a wealthy life now. They are rich and some, very rich.

This is inevitable, many people are mad that they did not got in bitcoin when it was really cheap since they could be millionaires by now and that is why they troll the forum or try to make other people miserable like them, but if instead they directed that energy to something positive they could become wealthy enough with bitcoin or other alts, just look at the market despite the crashes and the dips there is always a coin going up 10% or even 20% you only need to grab a few of those movements in the market to multiply your money many times over.

Historically, the FUD and trolling about bitcoin is far worse in the dips after ATHs, and most likely it's source is the people who bought in the highs thinking about it as a magic asset to become rich overnight, nothing new here.
IMHO is very hard to get a 20k price this year, too many frustrated and not very informed buyers in the last months, they will keep the prices below 13k at least for some months as they cut their losses in every run.

It's kind of ironic how there is so much absolute conviction that the price will be 20k, 60k, 180k by the end of whenever the hell it is, but there's absolutely no evidence for that move. Just pure speculation, or perhaps not even that, just pure hope. Well, I'm not so sure about bitcoin, but I know for sure that most markets don't react to hope, especially not the hope of investors who are already holding a position. It needs something new, unique, novel, exciting, and fresh to make a move to that degree.

The way they work is not good for the community. We should be careful to consider personal finances, to avoid losses. And always balance your economy with both cash and btc. Because there may be times when it is necessary to trade the present. The future is calm because it takes more time.

Bitcoin will rise again. Now I hold the BTC,ETH,EOS that I have because I am sure the BTC,ETH,EOS will rise again. Do not panic sell  at cheap prices

This mind of understanding on cryptocurrency is very less in the market nowadays. Most of the people not taking cryotocurrencies as investment or not understand it's potential at all.
Apart from that people whoever being long time in the forum and invested on crypto currency mah know the worth of bitcoin and altcoins.

Not panic selling at loss is always the best bet but with what the OP said about ignoring negative posters, I really do not see any need for that. The market is unpredictable but at least to be realistic, in the short term which I am sure a lot of newbies are focused on, the market does not look ready for 20k by Christmas ending.

Now, how you want to take that information as an individual is what matters; looking to buy more and hold the dips for the long term which is important OR do you want to panic in the short term and bail out to come back regretting it later on? It is a choice but not like the market won't take the process to reach such height unless there is some strong demand that could bring about a huge bullish force which at this stage nothing seem like it.

It is getting high in price and it will be high with time, crypto currency always use to change the price, more people are buying coins and trust me almost all of them are bitcoin only, if price of bitcoin will keep on changing so it will rise high, those who are here to take advantage of lacking knowledge will always say you to sell your coin and never hold for long but don’t listen to them just hold and never sell for panic.

Selling is actually we need to avoid when the marketplace value is up or even at the down time too. Please verify the best altcoins which gives sudden big bumps. Choose those kind of coins and sell it.

If you want to sell Bitcoin wait until the bitcoin reaches its peak value in the market.

That is why we should believe only in our own opinion about bitcoin, for me knowledge that we have from our experience is the most valuable thing that we could earn in this market.

The fact remains that everyone is entitled to their own opinion and they always will get to view the market differently than how any other person will end up viewing it. This is a normal thing to always expect in any market and I am not surprised if some people may actually take it the wrong way.

What some people might consider to be provocative in nature based on price analysis, some might actually take some information from it and see reason to it, so I really do not see how relevant what the OP has said is when it comes to the matter of sharing opinions in the market. Like I said, everyone is entitled to his.

Many people make mistakes. In the 19th century many people scolded locomotives for what they smoke the sky,in the 20th century, many people scolded cars for what they are dangerous. But progress does not stand still,every day we see a lot of news about the development of cryptocurrency and blockchain. The question is, can bitcoin hold a leading position?

It is a good thing to anticipate for a bull run and it is another thing to be at least realistic about it. A whole bunch of people are never realistic and they are not in any way better than those who troll or think bitcoin is dead.

Apparently, analysis is something you have to be able to do to make a good market decisions, which as far as I am concerned, which anyone can consider it trolling as much as they want, I would rather stick with trend which I believe what the OP said about $20k by the end of the year is B.S. In the long run, certainly, but not that soon.

Of course bitcoin can hold its position for a long time. We have seen other coins try to take over, but they all failed. Its just normal for others to put down a good invention just like what we have witnessed in bitcoin and the rest of the crypto. People will do anything to bring a good product down.

As for those who trolled bitcoin and its potential, it can go either way, but make no mistakes about it. People will soon found out that those trolls are just nothing but individuals who have motives behinds, case in point Jamie Dimon.

I agree, we cant please everyone to treat btc the same way like how we believe in the future of it because we have our own way of thinking and everyone is free to show their stance regarding btc or in cryptocurrencies in general.

If you're not belong to weak users and panic sellers then be optimistic and disregard the current status of the market because there's is more happenings to look forward hence lets just stay positive.

Well, the crazy aspect here is that a lot of people cannot believe in their own opinion as they have no single knowledge of the market they are investing in the first place. You can only believe in your opinion when you even have a belief in the first place. Quite a huge number of newbie investors are here to get rich fast and with this they can easily be swayed and deceived by anything. People certainly will analyze the market and I would not see them as trolls, it is only when you analyze with no base or unreasonable about your analysis, that I will say it turns to be bullshit.

That shows certainly that people will always find ways to make things sound awry, most especially when it comes to adopting new technologies and some will be so gullible and ignorant to the point of not being able to make decisions on their own. This is life and you need to always be able to take hold of it and make certain decisions as no one will be making it for you. However, the ignorance, fear of the unknown and some negativity will make certain people susceptible to listening to anything at all.

To safeguard ourselves, it is always necessary to keep analyzing and filtering out. When we turn lazy or not finding enough time to analyze then keep investing into good projects may become impossible and this may lead to losses too.

The biggest impact on Bitcoin now comes from the new altcoin, as these altcoins are drawing money and investors from Bitcoin!

Cryptocurrency and bitcoin in particular will not have any problem if the cryptocurrency community remains steadfast and strong. I observed that the level of enthusiasm that cryptocurrency attracted over the years dropped slightly during the prolonged downtrend. This is not a period that will last forever.

A lot of people and even my friends just watch btc as a bubble and always advise me to leave it. I really do not understand why people always think bad things about btc. Even those who enter the market are mostly speculators. They will sell the btc holes they hold when they see everyone panic sell. Really confusing?
