It looks like each PSU outputs max 750W on either voltage, so you should be able to get max 1500W from both of them.
I don't know how safe this setup is, considering this bolded line from their description: Quote ... Based on how they describe it, the PSU will provide 1500W. But they want to use some kind of kit so the ground becomes common and you don’t short the middle board. There is photo showing how it works.
