I personally believe they will allow withdrawls but with limits. They probably have to do this if they do want another plummet. Do you guys think the same or otherwise and why? So, I would not be surprised if its another "positive" PR spin saying that they need more time but things are going swell.

Probably those who requested the withdraws the longest ago. They would probably hope that this would trickle the word out that people are able to get their money out of the exchange. When this happens there will probably be a large inflow of deposits from people who are hoping to take advantage of the extremely cheap btc on the exchange right now...
