Looks like one of these local posters that don't create much trouble at all, but for some reason he decided to go nuts today. Again most likely another case of hacking. If there's none online at that particular time then they won't see either, but there's more chance of Staff seeing actual reports as opposed to hoping one checks Meta and sees your thread.
