Title: Suggest me a computer to buy Post by: MakeBelieve on February 20, 2014, 01:17:29 PM I'm looking for a computer which is pretty pwoerful which would be able to run most modern day games and looks pretty cool no alienware recommendations or apple please I don't want these.

I find them overpriced for the hardware included in their coomputers same as apple you are paying for the name rather than the hardware. This is really the best option to get a properly powerful computer because you'll know what components are in and you won't have weirdness installed on it by the manufacturer, the thing about pre-built computers is they often but in junk components, so they'll have a really nice graphics card perhaps and then a crappy CPU or a really nice CPU and a crappy graphics card. You'll also find you'll save quite a chunk of money just getting the components yourself and assembling them.
