I try to copy and paste the link on different browsers but i still got the error.

I figured it out and i think it is because of my username . my username was : shesheboy@btt

The "@" chracter causes the error

Some questions
1. Why does the deposit address expire so soon? 2 weeks would be more standard for an exchange, 15 hours is very short.

This i will work on right away and get the developers to fix this and make the deposit as long as 2 weeks, if there is a reason why they did not do this in the first place i would also want to know and consider the options. I have taught about this but i was waiting to know if i was the only one thinking the same way, but here you prove me right.

2. Why do I have to set the deposit amount before depositing, and why are "incorrect amounts" not processed? People make mistakes with the amount they send, especially if a wallet/service takes the fee off the amount they send.

Incorrect amount will be processed but manually, the amount you deposit will eventually show up but might not get credited instantly only manually it will, i spoke with the team about this too, and we have been trying to correct this and our dev will fix this soon with the best solution necessary.

1. The confirmation email was labeled Spam in gmail.

This hurts me badly, because it is not good for our reputation as well as our customers, i think this happened at the bot sending out emails malfunctioned and sent out dozens of emails once a verification request is sent, and i am working with the hosting company to rectify this part and the devs right now is working on fixing the email bot problems.


2. The confimation link has only a 5 digit number as identifier, usually a much longer code is used against brute-forcing.

3. The ToS says I must accept it before I can register an account. However, the site doesn't ask me to accept or even read anything when I Sign Up.

This should be an easy one, willl be fixed asap

4. I can't find anything about Withdrawal fees. When I click "Withdraw", it says: "You don't have sufficient BTC funds". Fees should be published before depositing.

I use Gmail as my email provider, and the LocalXe verification email didn't actually go into spam like some of you have said.

Personally, I'm indifferent about the exchange deposit address expiring after 15 hours as it's just a minor hassle to me. It would definitely be an improvement if you did make deposit addresses last longer, though.

I will say that I'm currently accessing the site on mobile and it's very navigable and user-friendly from what I'm seeing right now. I will say that there are minor grammatical errors when I read everything through thoroughly (the most noticeable being 'Select Your CtyptoCoin'), but as for actual functionality everything is good. As for aesthetics, I think the black-on-white contrast in the website's theme is a bit much (the black is extremely dark and could use some lightening IMO), but it's good enough.

That's true. My spam folder was filled up with lots of spam mails from localxe. For each minute around 5 mails are being sent to my mail. Once I refresh and select the latest one, it is being redirected to localxe website with the following message

Once around 25 mails were sent and atlast it stopped on the whole. Then I visited the last one, and clicked the link and the account was verified.

@localxe Could you please check your mail bot settings which you are using for verifying mails  :-[

Deposit 0.0007 BTC worked as expected.
Deposit 0.00014 BTC had a 0.00000001 BTC Fee deducted. Why is this?

After this, my balance was 0.00209999 BTC.
I tried to figure out the site, I really did, but there's not much information to go on. I would like to know for instance how a bank transfer with Escrow would work.
Since I couldn't find it, I continued to test Withdrawals. Withdrawing 0.00209999 BTC wasn't allowed, I had to deduct the fee. So I withdrew 0.00152499 BTC, and it would take my entire balance (0.00209999 BTC).
When I check Withdrawals, it shows:
Amount: 0.00152499
Fee: 0.00057500
My Balance is 0 BTC. So far, this is as expected.
However, my wallet received only 0.00102499 BTC. That means an additional 0.0005 BTC fee was taken out, but this is not mentioned anywhere. You may want to fix this.
