Title: Need help downloading/installing/compiling VTC wallet in BAMT/Linux!
Post by: dragonmike on February 20, 2014, 05:19:47 PM
Hi!
I'm a big VTC fan and have been mining away for a while on the kilovolt pool using a debian distro called BAMT.

Thing is, my VTC wallet is on my Windows machine, and as a Linux noob I haven't got the knowledge of how to install/build/compile the wallet software on my mining rig...

As I wanted to solo-mine at times (mainly as failover if the pool is down), I would like to ask a charitable soul who could help me by giving me a step by step instruction on how to download and install the VTC wallet on my local bamt-powered mining rig!...

I would tip accordingly! Any help appreciated!
Many thanks!

PS: I believe I would also need to extend the BAMT partition as the VTC wallet will only grow in size over time...
