As a leader, all you have to think about is how to talk to him personally, so that you can brainstorm to solve the problem that is being experienced.
Does anyone agree?

Colleagues are very different from friends. You can share your problems, but personal problems will never be solved.

- Try to embrace them as colleagues, not as superiors and subordinates. That way, they will feel more comfortable and motivated to do the tasks given. Not only that, you also have to set a good example by completing the task on time.

- Appreciate also differences. Respect Differences
Your position is higher, but remember, those who are older can have far more work experience than you. When facing them, don't forget to smile and show if you appreciate the differences. Listen to their work experience when discussing something, who knows if you get a bright idea from casual chat.

You need some connection sessions with them. That's all.
