The hash rate is adjustable, but full blast it is only consuming about half from each CPU core.
I hope something like this being posted on BitcoinTalk is not too much of a slap in the face for the hardcore bitcoin farmers. There is another coin that is already out there in the exchanges that uses the hard drive instead, thus making it fair for anyone wanting to mine the crypto. I mined for some time using the Minergate App and heated the equipment a lot, so I left it on an aluminum plate to compensate (and in an air-conditioned room). P.S. The air-conditioned room is used for another purpose, I was just taking advantage to expand the use.
