Did you realize most of Asian country like Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Malaysia have a lot of crypto expert. Many founder of new exchange also born from these country . Did you agree on this

Crypto is global, so it's better not to decide such things for any sake. If it's about agreement, yes I agree that people mostly from Japan and China have been involved at a very big extent compared to others because they had been into this since the beginning and they were the dominants during its early stage and are still very actively involved in crypto world. There are a few misconceptions as well that Satoshi Nakamoto belongs to Japan as the name sounds too Japanese. :)

Its pretty obvious that there are countries that openly embraces crypto. But I wouldn't say they are experts but probably more on willing to take the risk specially new technologies like bitcoin and the rest of the crypto sphere. You also forgot to mentioned China's total manipulation of bitcoin mining farms. They probably are the first to jump in the bandwagon that's why you see that a lot of founders or early adopters came from that region. But experts (blockchain/cryptos) are all over the globe, iMHO.

these so called experts are mainly in truth just paid "influencers" nothing more, its a shame that the word "expert" is being abused in cryptoindustry like that, they should be honest and use the word influencer.

Yeah, I'm leaning towards the responses above: yes, a lot of blockchain adopters, and these countries more keen than others to embrace blockchain but it's always been fintech in general. The last decade we've seen fintech ideas trialled and even gone to the stage of mainstream adoption, not just in Asia but in Africa (micropayments with mobile comes to mind) - and that's really a case of necessity requiring action.

But blockchain expertise, I'm afraid the research shows that it is heavily centred in former Soviet countries (again, no surprise) thanks to a push since the 90s on computer science, programming emphasis in unis. But blockchain developers have the highest concentration in Netherlands actually.

Personally, a lot of these Asian blockchain companies I've seen have C level people speaking rather poorly at conferences. Big on marketing talk, not so on technical explanation. Mind you, I don't understand Mandarin Japanese or Russian, and I suspect the discussions at their local versions of github are probably on another level.
