We were supposed to trade for a MtGox USD voucher. I sent him payment. He signed into the forum about 30 minutes after I pm'd indicating I had sent payment. He hasn't replied or been on since. Sent him a second pm later informing him that the time on the offer had lapsed and no reply to that but who would?
Sounds like it. I know it is kind of hard for me to say this because I demand it as a rule when you trade with me, but dont send anything first unless you know the user. Ive traded with you before and I still wont do it. There are good amount of users here who have done enough business here to be able to be sent payment before goods and they have earned that rep. Because I've been offered cheap coins and I really doubt they will send. Would be a good instead of a thread.
