Point your miner at a Pool like Slush's, Eligius, or BTCGuild.

Don't bother solo mining, the odds are stacked way way against you solving a block by yourself.

400gh used to be good. They are currently making 36.00 a day. And in six days that is going to drop o 25.00 a day. Hope you didn't pay much. I mine with 410gh and its so low with difficulty.

Which one of those is more profitable?

Slush's or Eligius maybe more boom or bust, BTCGUILD has probably the most stable pool and steadiest payouts.

Calculate here for your Profit http://thegenesisblock.com/mining/a/b5da2e6213 (http://thegenesisblock.com/mining/a/b5da2e6213). Maybe you must correct any Information on the calculator (Initial-Month, Power-Usage and so on)

Sorry to say that, it looks not good, to get back the 4000$ if you mining BTC only.

When the time is coming, I would change to another SHA256-Coin.
