You need to be verified with them in order to deposit and withdraw and their verification process is notoriously slow. Even if withdrawals are re-enabled at some point, they've always been slow and are likely to be even slower because of the new limits MtGox is imposing. Don't be persuaded to jump on to MtGox purely because of the price. You really need to do your research and understand what issues they were having prior to this before sending them any funds.
