Check their global 1d charts, marketcap suddenly move from $266B to $357b/ volume from $13B to $43B within 20 minutes, but it's already back to normal, maybe website database issue or other reason, that 20 minutes really make me happy and I think bull market already start, but only happy 20 minutes, then jump from heaven to hell  :-\

I think coin marketcap is going normal.
Im never look a wrong side, i don't know if i wrong.
But until now, coinmarketcap is best platform for looking a grow coin.

I think they are developing something in their website. So the data are going wrong. This will only affect the $ display in etherscan. Dont worry that.

Lol....  Coinmarket is getting buggy these days ,but so far it is still the best platform to get updates on coins and tokens.

Surprisingly, a lot of green in unexpected times hopes to keep improving.
 There will be a lot of smiles with the current market movement.

I think is running normal, just opened it now or maybe your network is the issue. But I have also realized that they did some upgrades and changing of logo lately.

coinmarketcap is fine, strange momentary events often occur on sites due to technical errors, I have not found any news and I believe this is only a small mistake on the network

Now CoinmarketCap is working well, a sudden pump in all currencies should a internal technical fault in CoinmarketCap or maybe they are updating sites and then it happened.
But we can’t ignore hacking threat as well; there should be chances of hacker attack.

I thought it wasn't just me who was surprised by this. a little unfortunate this happens in cmc, hopefully no idiot traders are stuck with this and panic buy and exposed fomo  ;) cmc is an instant price check, with hundreds of tokens / coins and dozens of exchangers, so many traders rely on cmc for arbitase

Its a little bug and coinmarketcap has investigate and fix the issue. Its seems cmc want to update some trading bots and big exchange that caused the issue. It pulled the volume to almost 30%.

Its already back to normal, too bad, would have been nice to see some green for a change. Only red for a long time  :(

there may be a system error. I was surprised to see the increase in the token. all reaching 1000%. there's no way it will happen together.

its normal now, I think there are just some errors earlier since it is just a website, such errors are just normal. its not hacked, and its just fine if the website encounter such errors since we can see for ourselves in the exchanger the prices of every crypto.

I wonder if this affects the market. I mean some people could sell in panic  ;D Fortunately, there is no significant damage.

It was just a glitch for a couple of minutes but I bet that some people bought some of those coins. This is not the first time that coinmarketcap has a glitch like this so I bet this is not gonna be the last one. Stay safe and always double/triple check the prices.

Maybe it was one of the Bugs that happened to the coinmarketcap, after I checked just now, it turned out that everything was normal and returned to the original. And the most fun is, I saw some crypto currency prices rise well

I guess it is a glitch just like what others says here. Is that new? If you are looking at other tokens you will see this most of the time from this website.
That is why I am not using it anymore.
I would rather go directly to the exchange to see the real price of one token rather than looking at CMC.

That manipulation needs to bail. Coinmarketcap management should hire cybersecurity so that hackers won't access the data and information about each coin on coinmarketcap.

Coinmarket cap should be taken on "as is" basis, you should not consider any of the values there to be flawless at all and particularly those coins that have a very low daily volumne.

It looks like there's no someone rushing to buy that. I have surprised about that and i thought that was a real thing but i just checked it and then i found that's only a glitch from the coinmarketcap.
It looks like cmc has been getting fixed again on its chart.

Your first screenshot i would say is fairly normal. when you have new coins with no value, they don't need to rise much to show a huge percentage rise.
The other shots are more errant. Some people if they were watching when this happened may have creamed their pants. Happiness is fleeting but i suggest still worth the experience lol.

Many people were shocked and surprised with that marketcap chart. yeah So did I. It was very suspicious when the market was red with the big percentage of green increase. of course, it led some mistakes. however now, the coinmarket cap is back to the normal. And it is back also to see the sad red and price.

I hope it was just a bug,not hackers attack, we all use their system and many projects are tied to the data of the coinmarketcap, I have interest accrued according to the coinmarketcap, I hope they put things in order.

When you see such venomena? Maybe it was just an artificial image only. Have never encountered an increase of it in coinmarketcap. even had indeed occurred, but not until the increase of it.

Never knew something like this happened. Crazy figures right there op. The hackers might have been fed up with the constant volatility of this market which is why they simply decided to make CMC display what they wanted to see even if it was only for a few minutes. Feels good actually to see the entire market swivel upwards in such a huge manner, but that will truly happen probably next month itself when SEC most likely approves the ETF proposal bringing in flood of institutional funds triggering a huge bull run.

Cinmarketcap is an exchange (market), often used as a benchmark for coins prices. and coinmarketcap is very reliable. Well yesterday it seems like this coinmarketcap is just a web error, but now it's back to normal again and can be used as a guideline for crypto prices again.

Some problem in price of bitcoin resulting the overall alts price to dollar to be affected, there's some point I know that everyone in exchanges freaking out, but this error seems to have a little overall impact to the market.
although this error pump the market a bit  ;D ;D. but as it gets sorted out everything is back to normal again.

I agree with you. So far, there is nothing better than this platform, although there is competition, but personally I prefer to use Coinmarket

   It's just a small bug that affected the coinmarketcap. Those who run coinmarketcap are some professionals and I think they will quickly solve the problem.

Bug? I don't think so, because coinmarketcap is one website that provides very detailed information, I hope this is the point of resurrection of crypto currency after so long left many investors

Lol, coinmarketcap just decided to play with the heads of people especially newbie who do not make confirmation before taking actions

Imagine bitcoin having a pump in coinmarketcap and there are not significant pump rise in block-chain/coin-base/bittrex or binance
we just need to always stay vigilant

I think an hacker would just do something else rather than messing with the cmc prices, it does look like incorrect data were processed
