The real estate sector is always managed by governments. Leaxcoin is a global currency used in real estate. So, what is the difficulty with Leaxcoinin solving legal problems in different countries? Can you share the way to solve this problem with the community?

we are very happy to carry out this project and with the help of all of us will change the way we negotiate real estate.

We understand that even if we are working with a decentralized platform for the commercialization of products, we are dealing with  real estate, which is precisely about properties and although it is privately owned, one must still comply with local, state and governmental legislation

Therefore, we understand that we must have representatives in each country where the platform operates. These representatives will be the Ambassadors who will be responsible for helping the local community, representing the Leax Foundation and working together with the project team to adapt the platform to local legislation.

Only people who are really from the real estate negotiation area, such as lawyers, real estate agents, real estate brokers and everyone else involved in the area of negotiation will be able to apply to be part of this program.

The platform has already been prepared for some countries, so we have made the Ambassadors program to attract dedicated people who want to significantly change the lives of those who sell real estate.

The first ambassadors were chosen by the Leax Foundation. These ambassadors will be evaluated every six months, and if they do not perform well locally, a vote will be held to choose a new local team, in other words  we will not create a monopoly of power, all decisions will be made together with the community and the votes will be in the proportion of 1 vote = 1 Leaxcoin.

Currently in most part of the countries, we see a lack liquidity in sales of real estate, this process can extend for days and sometimes months, even with the fact that the technology has evolved. We do believe that there is always a buyer, but that is often restricted by political or governmental problems, so our differential is precisely the mutual collaboration of the community so that together can change the lives of all.

Checking your website, I have seen that you have sold out all the tokens and raised $ 21,063,213. However, your community channels is new. Can I ask you to provide your presale sales address to check the funds that have been contributed? I think this is essential for a transparent project. Or you will get a lot of doubts about this.

We from Leax Foundation want to show that it is possible to negotiate real estate without much bureaucracy in the cities, states and countries. This can only be possible with local partnerships, ambassadors and an active community.

Our project has been conceived for over year. Several investors who were already been following it made their investments. For that reason, the tokens were completely sold out in the private sale phase. Therefore, it is not necessary to carry out a public ICO once we believe that it would not sound very transparent or trustworthy for the soft cap has already been reached.

I don't see an allocation for bounty or airdrop program on Leaxcoin distribution plan above. I just see for marketing, no specific information about the marketing whether it covers bounty or airdrop program. But I also hope any program such as bounty, airdrop, or contests later.

It means, they are not raising from the community here. Just for marketing purposes to make this project known to others. They need to get customers that will really utilize their platform. Because without them, they have no business and no movement with the investments made privately.

We at the Leax  Foundation are making history by creating a completely community-driven platform; we know that for many times the best projects have come from the communities themselves and we know the potential of cooperation that only us, humans can have on such a great proportion.

The current active team updates information according to what they believe is relevant. We do believe it is not part of a transparent project when teams are bought up, as we know it happens in several projects, just in order to create a good appearance in community fundraising.

That's a very good thing about successful ICO sales, but unfortunately they don't appreciate the payment of bounty campaigns, by receiving rewards only in the form of ETH and that's not worth the amount they receive from their work promoting their projects to success, and getting 15/30 dollars so why don't they pay with their tokens, while the tokens they have have a pretty good value for all participants' payments ..
