I swapped around 80 ethereums, for 3000 ETC, Right now the 3000 ETC worth 119 Ethereums.

Should I take the 39 ETH profit, or should I wait till ETC will be on Coinbase?

I think you can now take 39 ETH profits. If you think you are a secured you can wait until ETC Coinbase. I think ETH's future will be more potential and profitable.

You've got a really nice profit with the action you did, I think you'd better with taking that profit you did. You get at least a money guarantee. That will protect you at another crypto investment losses. As I mentioned, ensuring a guarantee is always better. As I mentioned, ensuring a guarantee is always better when did a good profit at crypto.

Good for you but if i were you  i won't swap everything, I will swap 50% and hold the remaining 50% so that anyone that later have a great increase i will benefit, not a financial advise though, just sharing my own opinion

I kept MY ethereum in my wallet but i exchange my BITCOIN to ETC...
Real news makes ETC a good thing to hold.
Coinbase made the right decision and people earn from it.

wow that's really a wonderful move by you and you have made quite a huge profit so far, I will advise you hodl the remaining one until it is listed on coinbase, no doubt when it get listed on coinbase the price will still go high.

That was a great move, wish i had that much to play with and the courage to do so. I would stick with ETC a bit longer and wait for the real coinbase pump, but as the profit is already high a wise choice would be to revert to BTC and hodl

Take profit, I do not recommend taking any risks. Of course, it will be insulting to lose profit, but it is much more insulting to go into negative. Do not be greedy, because any profit is already profit!  ::) ::) ::)

better you take a half from your profit,
then hold anothers portions from your profit until this coin listed at coinbase

ETC has been traded on the coinbase and it seems OP must leave ETC market and back to the ethereum market. I will consider the ETC market will be decreasing a lot again consider the hype to the ETC will have ended. but a little increase on the ETC looks good right now and i will believe OP will hold it a little bit more. OP you must consider about how much return in the USD terms.

It would have been better if you had stated out the process too. Given you did make money out of it on the first go, it will be better to not to gamble further. Greed is always bad.

The pump of ETC won't last long, so you better take profit before the fomo gone away. ETC has nothing better than ETH, it's the classic form of ETH, but getting listed in Coinbase much later than ETH.

I think better you take 39eth profit and hodling eth again, eth is having many project, your coin will be more liquid than hodling etc

Take the profit and let the remaining one your bet until ETC listed on Coinbase. I have this experience but with some other coin, I didn't waited for that long of thinking that there will be a hype or any news to pump that coin and good thing I've sold because after few days it was dumped.

It's also a good choice if you take your 80 ETH back and leave your profit for coinbase addition.

You are asking a 50k$ worth of decision :)

That's really a smart move by you, most times it is good to take some little calculated risk and make some great profit from it, wish i have enough money, i would have taken such risk too and made some great profit too.

An intelligent exchange. You have generated almost 50% profit. It is best to sell it before listing in the coinbase. Because prices are usually FOMO before being listed. And after the ETC was listed at the coinbase I thought its price would go down gradually

I suggest you switch to ETH.
Because ETH is at the bottom at the moment, I think there will be a better rise in ETH.

So far ethereum is better than ethereum classic I do not what made you to convert your ethereum into ETH classic now. Not only ETH even the the bitcoin and all the other crypto currencies also being cheap in the market now. Please do invest your money on ETH and bitcoin other altcoins will never goes bigger even on upcoming bump time as well.
From my view, you are done big blunder in the market so please check the yourself first and do whatever you want to make money.

That's so smart of you, I made the same move, For me I have taken my profit, I invested $800 when the news of the coinbase was announced and I sold it after some time and I made about $1051, I am really happy about the gain.

I think you should take whatever profit you can make right now from selling ETH. The current market situation is very bad for any ALTcoin out there. So, no one can surely say if holding on to ETC will be profitable or not. So, it is better if you try to make some profit from it while you can.

Actually you have both options. Now what will you choose will depend on you wish. You can wait to have more profit or you can make profit now. I think that you should sell now as the market in in slow condition. Such profit is not bad.

In a short term Ethereum Classic was a good investment because Ethereum Classic was listed on Coinbase. But in a long term Ethereum is more appropriate investment because in Ethereum there are more developers, bigger community, more investors, more partnerships. So change your Ethereum Classic into Ethereum and you will be more rich in the future ;).

This is not the best idea. I do not see the potential in Ethereum classic, there are no new projects on their platform.

Woww what a nice trade and profit you have made. You are lucky to have such kind of profit in this current bear market. Well your big capital helped you. Like they always say, higher risk higher reward. If I were you, I would sell them all now and come out with my capital and profits. Or better still come out with your capital in eth and leave the profit in etc.

Ethereum Classic is a very good quality cryptocurrency, has a team of great professionals who are working hard to improve it, and I think it is still one of the most underrated cryptocurrencies in the industry. I think that with the entry into Coinbase, and a recovery in the market, its value in the coming months should grow a lot so I would not sell ETC

You have made quiet a good profit , i also made some profit but not that huge . According to me the best is you take your investment + 19 eth profit back and then wait till coinbase listing of etc with 20 eth worth of etc. It is right that etc price mooning now but also it can be dumped very hard , we never know.

Buy the rumor sell the news, in my opinion take all the profit and keep on fiat or usdt, this balance we can use to buy others coin  incase all crypto going down so we can buy it on the more deep. I think important to lock some profit in to fiat ot USDT to minimize risk in trading.

I think faster the eth price is higher than eth classic because eth is more familiar with this and longterm and I know that many people prefer eth so buy eth and just hold long buy eth cheap and hold it.

I think this process can be difficult for you also you don't need to gamble first because of this it may cause of risk because hunger is not good always.

Lucky you, at least you have made some profits out of the decision that you made, but I still do not think that it was exactly a smart move that you made. Did you sell all of your ethereum because of its recent trends? then you played yourself, because this coin is going to recover soon, and we will be amazed with the bull it is aiming for.
