Nano Ledger S but this is because it's the one that I've been using.

But Trezor is also another one base on its users.

Basically here's the big 3 in hardware wallets.

1. Nano ledger s
2. Trezor
3. Keepkey

There are two best hardware wallets in my list. Ledger Nano S (https://www.ledger.com/products/ledger-nano-s) and Trezor (https://trezor.io/) are best wallets in my list. But I prefer Ledger Nano S (https://www.ledger.com/products/ledger-nano-s) is better than Trezor (https://trezor.io/). Because Ledger Nano S (https://www.ledger.com/products/ledger-nano-s) supports more coins.

Let me be honest, I haven't used any hardware wallet other than Trezor wallet and as far as my experience is concerned, it is very good so far but we can not store multiple altcoins there (other than some major coins) otherwise I would rate 5 out of 5 in terms of security, 4 out of 5 when it comes to the user-friendliness (they don't have working smartphone apps). Overall, I am satisfied with my Trezor hardware wallet.

The "best" hardware wallet is subjective. Personally though, I prefer the ledger nano s as it has a sort of flashdrive look. Decent software too, especially with ledger live out.

I suggest watch YouTube videos on some of the available hardware wallets in the market, then decide for yourself.

I like my Ledger Nano S. Relatively easy to use, and it supports most of the coins I have. The Trezor is also pretty good from what I'm told but I haven't picked one up yet.

It's a good idea to store as much of your holdings as you can on hardware wallets since it is much safer than keeping them on a centralized exchange, which represents a single point of failure that can be targeted by hackers, or be afflicted by technical problems.

If you use an instant exchange that supports hardware wallets, you can trade directly from your wallet without ever needing to send your coins to an exchnage first. It's probably the safest way to trade in the world. I tried a lot of different ones, but I prefer using Faa.st since it supports so many tokens.

Here's a quick guide that'll get you set up: https://medium.com/faast/how-to-make-effortless-cross-chain-trades-with-a-ledger-wallet-d71f5d16a43d (https://medium.com/faast/how-to-make-effortless-cross-chain-trades-with-a-ledger-wallet-d71f5d16a43d) (it supports Trezor wallet too)

Ledger Nano S is without doubt the most popular hardware wallet, closely followed by Trezor.

I kindly ask you all to let us know what you think on this Cryptocurrency Wallet List (https://www.cryptowisser.com/wallets/) that we have been compiling for some time. It features 130+ wallets at the moment and we need more ratings from you cryptocurrency members!

Thanks,

Trezor and Ledger Nano S are the most popular hardware wallet. Which one is best. I don't know, both are good, but I'm using Nano S. There are few less popular wallets like Ledger Blue, KeepKay, DigitalBox in market. Most important thing - you should buy hardware wallets only from official website, avoid resellers because you can get preconfigured wallet.

Most important thing is that you use a hardware wallet. Doesn't matter if Ledger Nano or Trezor. Both are good. You can watch some YouTube videos to decide which one you like more.
I'm using Ledger Nano and I'm satisfied with it.

Go for Nano ledger S , it supports more coins than any other hardware wallet in addition to it's highly secured.
Trezor comes next. Those are the 2 I can recommend anywhere.

There is a not a big choice of trustable hardware wallets. You've probably already realised that from the replies - most of them included the same companies. Trustable digital wallets usually give their suggestions on the hardware wallets to hold your keys offline. Ledger Nanon S or Trezor are my choices, i prefer a wallet with a screen - it gives extra security features.

Also, there are plenty of reviews in this forum and also internet, based on which you can make your own choice.

I personally use Ledger Nano S because of its versatility and reliability. Never used Trezor myself, but read some feedback on HW wallets and decided the best I can and should use is Ledger Nano S. Never had any issues so far. Highly recommended.

Bitcoin hardware wallet is a tamper-proof electronic device designed to store private keys of your coins in an offline setting. The hardware wallet is the safest way to manage and trade your cryptocurrency. However, the Trezor bitcoin hardware wallets. created by SatoshiLabs, it is the world first secure bitcoin hardware wallet. I think the best hardware wallet Ledger Nano, Ledger Blue, Exodus, Coinbase, Trezor etc. If you are serious about holding cryptocurrency, then a hardware wallet is a must.

Let's say I want to open a lightning network channel with the funds on a hardware wallet.
 - First, is it possible?
 - Do only certain types of hardware wallets support LN operations?
 - Do I need to keep that hardware wallet plugged into the computer running the lightning node while the channel is open?
Thanks

I can't compare between each other cuz I use only Nano S.
First, you have to watch some instruction videos about it and that's all.
Also, It's more popular than others so you can find more people to help you.
