It looks like your miner doesn't sense any ASIC chips in the hashing boards it might be all hashing boards are dead.

Here are some steps you may try.

  • First, try to fully reset your miner to factory default you can follow this Three Ways to Restore Factory Settings (R4/S9/T9) (https://enforum.bitmain.com/bbs/topics/3957)
  • Second, flash the miner with the latest version you can find the firmware upgrade here https://service.bitmain.com/support/download

    then let the miner run at least 20 mins.
  • Third, replace the cable from the control board and power cable from hashing and run it again.

It did not work, I did a software update, I reset the device in all ways.

The miner status shows no hash board. Have you tried to check the hardware version if it shows X.X.X.X?
Resetting it 3 times should work and let the miner run at least 20 minutes.

If it doesn't work hardware problem might be the cause.
If it still under warranty you can contact their technical support and send a repair ticket.

You can check your miner if it's still under warranty by using this tool https://service.bitmain.com/support/warranty and input your Serial Number (SN) you can find it under the aluminum plate of control board then create a repair ticket from here https://service.bitmain.com/support/repair

Edit: I found a control board program recovery and maybe this method will work to solve the problem if it still persists the possible problem of your miner is hardware might be the 3 hash board is dead or the control board.

It's weird it doesn't seem to be trying all the chains. Can you confirm the physical connections.

Make sure all the ribbon cables are seated properly at the control board and the hashboards.

Is this a new purchase miner or used? Did it ever work for you?
