Title: Where can we become a Bounty Manager?
Post by: crowndesroen on August 05, 2018, 03:49:21 PM
As a normal human being everyone must want to progress on him.
including me . I want to know how to become a manager
then I learned from various things about a bounty manager.
and that is very difficult. because a bounty manager has a very heavy task and the risk is very large
I want to find a new project. where can i search for it all?
for those of you who understand, please take time for a moment on this tread.

thank you

When it comes to task then a bounty manager would really have that kind of responsibility yet he do handle out hundreds of people.
Work should be precise and should be prone to errors and being a manager theres so much of consideration to be done but the thing here is that I don't see the risk
yet this is just the same with traditional work the thing you should focus on is on how you would handle people carefully with less mistakes or errors.

I want to find a new project. where can i search for it all?
Usually you can find it on bounty boards or into this board itself where people do ask out some people to handle their marketing area.

You can post your services you want to offer in marketplace section then services and post your portfolio including our past experiences on managing any bounty or related jobs if you have, but at first Im sure it will be hard to find projects that will hire your services if you are still new in this kinds of task.

We are all normal human being here.

I want to find a new project. where can i search for it all?
There are posts on Services who are looking for their managers.

If you want to be part of one's project and you don't want to take the heavy duty load of being a campaign manager, apply first as an assistant manager. But I rarely found that there are manager's who are looking for their assistant but maybe you can try it.

As a normal human being everyone must want to progress on him.
As a business system in a healthy life, you must have the skills and experience to become a manager.

Campaign management means that you need to know a lot of marketing methods so that producers get the highest interest in advertising and therefore profits.
The skills you need are trust, identify good projects, identify the best members of this forum so that advertisers get maximum views and so on.
Your account is not new, but you have earned some good points that reflect the level of your posts.
Improve your posts, gain some trust, contribute to this forum and you will find who cares about your employment.

I'm going to be a little bit blunt here, because you've not received one single honest response yet.

You can not become a good bounty manager if you do not improve your English skills.
It's pretty clear that English is not your first language, so I think you'd have trouble communicating with bounty participants and the project management team.

There's nothing more to say really, I mean if you really wanted you could probably find some sketchy ICO willing to hire you, but I'd advise against it.

Your best bet is to view profiles of trustworthy/successful bounty managers and view their threads or posts from the very begining, here you'll find some interesting details. You have to somehow obtain chance to manage campaign and it's easy when there is a new project with lack of funds, if you can offer free sig codes, it improves your chance. For example qtum's signature manager just designed their sig bb codes and then asked for campaign managing, answer was positive.

Just reading up and its clear that English isn't his main  language which its really a good honest suggestion you had given on here. Communication will always be an important thing before handling a bounty campaign and besides this isn't the only thing to care about but also on building up the reputation.OP is a newbie and haven't shown any past experience or simply a portfolio which its hard to get even a single project because project owners will always have the option to pick up to those who do have the knowledge and experience. This isn't a discouragement but this is indeed the reality.

" Where can we become a Bounty Manager? "

I think you meant: " how can become a bounty manager? "

- You must know the rules of the forum

- You should know how to recognize a quality post, know how to identify alts accounts, know how to supervise facebook, twitter and youtube campaigns.

- You must be someone with character and honest, do not accept to be manager of campaigns of ICOs scam.

- observe several threads of bountys so that you can see where are the possible mistakes of others and where you can improve if you are manager

- you must have ideas and you should know all sections of the forum so that you know which sections of the forum are productive and which are not.

First thing first is,  english as your second language. Next is a professional way on how to accept clients by promoting project and next is you must know how to detect if a project has fake developers by knowing them personally via live chat or whatever,  and don't forget to have an assistant, if ever you need one i can help you with it. Regards.

Rank is the main matter if you don't have the experience in campaign management before you will not be consider in any projects. If you have experience at the same you don't need worry about where you stand on Bitcointalk. You will get enough project. Work around to get the exposure as a assistant manager or something. Then all will be good to go.

Cocoricos.io is the place to be for bounty managers. We implemented a new features called Multi Airdropper...

What you don’t have to do anymore:
1. Due Diligence, with the help of AI and fields’ experts, we continuously evaluate most promising projects (airdrops/icos)
2. Link your social accounts for every airdrop you want to invest in, with Cocoricos you do it only once
3. Fill up a KYC form for every airdrop, with Cocoricos you do it only once.
4. Create your wallets by your own and secure it.
5. Sign up on many different interfaces.

What else can you get?
1. Multi-Airdropper feature, this helps you to stay aware of best airdrops and reduce the amount of required clicks to complete social tasks
2. Follow all your tokens in an intuitive dashboard
3. Every time you get an airdrop token, you also get points that will help you to purchase interesting rewards
4. We incentivize airdrops to use our Bounty System and increase the amount of tasks and therefore amount of tokens to get per project.

Estimation for the first day in tokens: 50$

Want to know more about it? Ask your questions here: bonjour@cocoricos.io

Thank you for your advice . because your advice is very good. just pray that I will be a bounty manager, good and honest.

Really because Rank? so much Jr., the member who became the manager I thought was not a problem. A higher rank doesn't necessarily work well.
