The goal is for a simple Chinese TOR website that explains how to set-up and use Bitcoin-OTC Total payment is 60 BTC. including payment for the hosting of the server. etc. Must be both easy to understand and be non-technically threatening. Must also take into account (or work around) the legal and social requirements in China. I hope that this project isn't too hard. Overall it involves: Obtaining and setting up TOR. Using Mybitcoin.com as a wallet. Creating a GMX or GMAIL user account on TOR Setting Up GPG, creating a new Identity. Installing and Setting up Thunderbird with Enigmail, connected to a IMAP server. Registering nickname via PGP email for Freenode Setting up XChat with SASL for Freenode Registering Public Key with #bitcoin-otc Guide to Bitcoin-OTC irc commands This project is not easy, it will require much collaboration and hard work. 10 BTC bonus for a English translation. :) |
