Title: Is There Ever A Crypto Exchange With Room For Demo Account?
Post by: Bestly on August 05, 2018, 07:30:43 PM
In the days when learning forex trading, to make learning pragmatic, some forex exchange platforms give room for traders to have demo accounts to hone their trading skills and all that.

I am aware there are over 150 cryptocurrencies exchanges, but I have never heard of one giving traders room to have dummy or demo account to become better.
(If you know of any, please share)

Could this be as a result that forex trading is more technical or complex, and as a result, gives room for demo account?

There are lots of them.
These are some I bookmarked based on recommendation on this forum:

Cpaytoday

Coinmarketgame

Bitmex
https://testnet.bitmex.com/

Niffler

Hitbtc

Altcoinfantasy

I haven't tried anyone though.
Bitmex is for leverage trading only.

I did learn crypto trading in demo account only in HitBtc exchange, they has nice trading interface. But many crypto exchanges did not offer stop loss function and this make trading activity will be more risk. To get better platform now we can trade crypto in MT4 as well, because many broker offer crypto pair in their trading platform, like Simple fx, FX Open, Weltrade, XM, Tickmill etc.

You guys are lucky because when I started my crypto trading journey, I was not aware that there's some demo account out there that you can used and not have to worry about losing real money  ;D. Anyways, you should treat it though as real money so that you can have the proper behaviour when you dig yourself on a real trading market. Goodluck.
