Title: CampBX response issues (KYC, Helpdesk & withdrawals) Post by: trucynnr on February 23, 2014, 05:16:41 AM Is any1 else having issues with CampBX?
I put in a request for KYC authorization on February 9th and I have gotten no response; it is now February 22nd and they say it will take 5 business days to process. I have also put in a helpdesk request (on Feb 18th), and received no response on this issue. I put in a withdrawal request, but after a week I canceled it because it was never processed. I have just started a new one on Friday (Feb 21st), but so far nothing... Anyone have any news with what is going on, or have I been scammed? has anyone had a good experience with them? Title: Re: CampBX response issues (KYC, Helpdesk & withdrawals) Post by: analytics on February 24, 2014, 02:37:50 AM Last I heard CampBX lost their bank and were setting up to get a new one. without that, you can't send money in, I imagine, or send out. That was my assumption so I moved all my bitcoin out of there.

thank you for the information...would have been very nice of them to let us know the problem as i now have my money stuck in their system. The lack of support is ridiculous, as i would not have felt a need to even post here had they informed me of the situation. right now, it feels like my money is being help hostage due to their inept handling. Title: Re: CampBX response issues (KYC, Helpdesk & withdrawals) Post by: oztusk on February 28, 2014, 06:31:06 PM yes, i also withdrew 1000$ from camp bx, although they claim to have sent it ten days ago, it has not arrived..
neither have they provided me with a tracking #, which they asserted that they would do when pointed out via their helpdesk.. This stretches credibility too far. That was my assumption so I moved all my bitcoin out of there. That was a month ago. I bought bitcoin at a loss and moved out too. A shame as I liked CampBX. CAMPBX Shows to be OK this time, once again. my local post office/carrier has a habit of being too lazy to fill out the pink slip and leave it in my box. Campbx is OK. Title: Re: CampBX response issues (KYC, Helpdesk & withdrawals) Post by: trucynnr on March 18, 2014, 04:20:34 AM Hey Oztusk,
what email address did you use to contact them? I cannot seem to get a response and it has been almost 2 weeks since my last withdrawal request. I received my last one quickly after they finally processed it, and I am getting a little nervous. Thanks, Tru Title: Re: CampBX response issues (KYC, Helpdesk & withdrawals) Post by: jteks on April 18, 2014, 07:32:03 PM I have been having a similar issue, they were supposed to mail me a check and I had to directly email them to get a tracking number. It has been 2 months and still nothing in the mail. The tracking said "Addressee unknown". The parcel gets mailed back and forth from my city to Georgia (about 7 times by now). This is the only piece of mail the local post office has had trouble delivering. I am beginning to suspect camp BX is up to something because I called the USPS and they said on the phone that there were some vital pieces of information missing from the tracking file. It would be their tactic of proving that they "sent out the mail" with tracking but they have no intention of actually providing any check delivery in a way that would place the blame on the local the post office.
How many people had trouble getting a check from Camp BX? |
