I will not give any suggestion about that because that depends on your analyzation on the project itself, just take a look on the hyperquant project which has gathered so many supports from the various companies and it has been creating some partnership with exchange site and kucoin has already included on that partnership.

I suggest you do your own research and study because each and everyone one of us has a different view of a certain project. Maybe there are similarities in how we define a going-to-be successful project but at some point, there are also differences, and at one point, it all depends on your decision. And this a big part of this decision that you're going to make should always be because of your choice not because of another's view point on certain projects.
I did great on ICOs last year but on 2018, all ICOs I've invested, even with great roadmap and project development gets dumped everytime they get listed on exchanges. I did as great as made my initial invested grow 30x it's original value and that is something commendable I think.
I studied ICOs by studying past successful ICOs and also learning how to rate ICOs from famous names like Ian Balina. But this year, I've tried so hard finding a good ICO but no luck still because the market is harsh and bearish this time.

My suggestion is to check hundreds of identical posts where others have already responded. Seriously do not make a next this same post, becuase you can find answer for your question in many different posts

why do you need a proposal? you can get good results by doing your own research. someone else's suggestion could reset your money and that would be much more sad.

There is no good ico to invest in right now I also look for new ICOs sometimes but the number of good ICOs decrease in the market, bear market is also a cause.

I did not know much on how to rate an icos but you can get all you needed from icorating.com and icobench.com. I have see some projects that were rated by the forgoing rating sites and those projects are doing very well now. Investing into icos however involves high risk and you should have a mind for this before investing. Buddy, orvium and ubex are the three icos that I have been watching on.
