The owner of the exchange says this problem is due "too many withdrawals were made in too short time." Write a ticket and he'll resend you btc. I've been waiting patiently for 16h myself.

I like the exchange, I am not a Kid and I was testing before to see if can be trust. So far for me NOT GOOD. They need to explain why have a TX number without being in the Blockchain???

The owner was online here yesterday, and he never reply about same Question? Why Transaction is not showing in the BlockChain after 12 hours is this sound right for you.????

Is not about the 0.02 BTC, I do this for fun and I believe in crypto currency, so we have to make it as clean as possible.

How can I contact support?
Please check the Twitter account before contacting support: https://twitter.com/Poloniex

To contact support, go to http://poloniex.freshdesk.com and open a ticket. Please provide all relevant information, including your Poloniex username and transaction IDs of any related deposits. We will get back to you as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours.

So maybe you could wait at least 24h hours. Also you have agreed the terms which clearly say:

While every effort is made to process deposits and withdrawals quickly, Poloniex does not guarantee a timeframe in which deposits and/or withdrawals will be processed. (https://poloniex.com/terms)

Anyways, just wait and im sure you have your BTC's soon enough

Same problem here. Only .1 bitcoins but still, that is a good chink opf cash. Is confirmed on poloniex but is not on the blockchain and never showed up in my wallet. Ticket has been open 28 hours with no reply. Starting to worry. Definitely worried about poloniex's legitimacy. Will not be using this exchange until this is resolved, and even after this definitely not at any large volume.
