Gridcoin is a perfect example of coin that delivers on its promises. 500,000,000 million is a very impressive number. When GRC makes it to the top 10 BOINC contributors, it will get a lot of media attention and influx of new miners. I encourage everyone to start mining ASAP while the difficulty is still low. I can't believe people are donating so much resources to looking for Aliens, then to medicine and physics and many other much more relevant projects to the well being of the human race. I still like SETI and have it added to my Boinc projects, but I think people are going overboard with it.
