To reduce quantity of stales you have to use closest pool to your location with the smallest ping. Also average hashrate depends on your luck – how many shares did you find. It is good to check in HWinfo memory errors in your GPUs. If you overclocked too much, hashrate will be big, but real quantity of shares will be smaller.
