Title: Looking for partner
Post by: Hamoon on August 07, 2018, 02:37:06 PM
Hi Guys!

I am brand new here, although I have known this forum for a long time ...

I am planning / researching for a few weeks to start a new Exchange. My goal is to make the buying / selling of many popular crypto currencies as easy as possible with one platform. In addition, there should be a professional trading area for those who do not want to hodl but to trade. By using a special asset, both - transaction times and transaction costs - are something that sets this exchange apart from many, if not all ...

I am not looking for anyone for money or technical know-how. I'd like to start a cool startup but not alone, but with partners who are just as passionate about the subject. This creates better deals than eating the whole cake alone. It would be a new company to found and of course, the shares should be evenly distributed, so it would be ideal if the shareholders bring the same start-up capital. I introduce you to my previous plans and then we evaluate the idea TOGETHER.

It's not a requirement, but as a CTO you would be a perfect match. Thus, you should know (in the optimum) perfectly with the technical side and this ultimately responsible. I'm really looking forward to your skills ...

Just a few words to me: I'm 33 years old and have a completed high school diploma. I'm not a programmer (not a real one) - my strengths: collaborations, strategic planning and a perfect eye for design. Since 2004, I have been paralyzed from the shoulders down due to a traffic accident without fault, which has never stopped me doing various business. Thanks to today's technology you don't need your hands and fingers :-) If this should scare you, let's just Skype and then you can still decide.

On the subject of fraudulent requests: I did not fall on my head. I only had one traffic accident. In addition to the other information to be proofed, chemistry is essential in a collaboration.

I look forward to your reactions.

Sorry to ask but I am confused by something. Firstly you say, you aren't looking for anyone for money and then say the shareholders bring the same capital to the start-up. Can you clear this up? Additionally what skills are you looking in particular? And how many guys will be working in? (approx.)

Where are you located and in which country do you want to register the exchange?

Hi and thanks for your feedback!

I am not looking for employees, but equal business partners. That's why I think it's fair that everyone contributes the same starting capital. If I were only looking for employees, that would be something else.

I'm looking for someone with technical skills. As I said, a CTO would be a wonderful addition. Programmers, software developers etc.

For the start, we would form a team of 5-7 people in the optimum.

In Malta there is a very blockchain friendly government. Here I am already in contact with lawyers. However, I am also in contact with the German authorities.
