We will provide the miners completely free of charge (including covering the shipping costs), in exchange for:
The reviewers should be either have a long standing status on bitcointalk (hero status and early registration date strongly preferred), or have proven ownership / publishing ability on a leading bitcoin resource (blog, magazine, etc...). What I have to offer is that I have the largest off grid mining operation that I know of and I am pushing the envelope for understanding the energy challenges of mining.

If energy efficiency is something you're concerned with than there's no one better to help you test in the real world.
