So, after a few unsuccessful attempts to get a card, I decided I'd rather pay someone for the service of ordering a normal virtual card and thus using Bitcoin from my project fund to order online services I need for the project (Github, Slack, etc., nothing fancy).
Because I'm willing to send money up-front, I'll take offers only from members with established reputation / trust feedback. State your price for ordering the card and percentage you want from the Bitcoin payments to top-up the card.
