The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) operator the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) announced plans to create a new “global platform and ecosystem for digital assets,” dubbed “Bakkt”

This new platform will be a Coinbase competitor.

If Coinbase do not list Cardano they will look like fools because I believe Bakkt will list Cardano!

Coinbase has lots of competitors that list other coins they do not, they dont look like fools because if it.    weak attempt to pump cardano and no basis to have anything to do with coinbase.   Zero evidence of the new exchange considering cardano.

It is my opinion!

Cardano is highly regarded as a blockchain network with smart project. This is one of the most important reason why coinbase might consider it.

Coinbase is a very big platform and it will enlist Cardano if they find it worth it. If coinbase do not enlist it then it is a loss for cardano and coinbase will definitely not look like fool for this.

Of course Cardano must be listed. ADA has very good potential. They know about Cardano and their background. They will list indeed.

I didn't heard about them and also don't know about their projects. I wanna know about them and about their current and upcoming projects, so that I may have some interest in them.

Coinbase is one of the best platform to exchange crypto now-a-days. And it’s not a big deal to add cardano I think because already it listed many coins. But I hope coinbase will add cardano soon.

Somewhere I saw a list of coins that are considered by the Coinbase exchange for a potential listing and Cardano is on this list. If Coinbase decides to add support for the Cardano coin, this will have a positive effect on its value, at least at first.  ::)

Coinbase have so many competitors. But it will not be a foolish thing if coinbase doesn’t include the Cardeno. Without Coinbase Cardeno is doing good. And without this coinbase is enough to compete with.

Surely coinbase have so many competitors in their way of operation. But it really doesn't mean it will be foolish if they do not include Cardano. Cardano is doing great but without this coinbase will be still enough to compete with.

Coinbase will have to list BTG because..
Coinbase will have to list NEO because...
Coinbase will have to list TRON because...
Coinbase will have to list my arse because..

More coin exchanges would need to open ADA to trade with other coins. NEO and TRON could fill those gaps too but none have the market cap to anchor it like BTC, LTC and ETH. CB was kind of forced into Bitcoin Cash but that's another story.

The way some Govt's and banks are hindering the technology there may be no cryptocurrency options other than stealth coins trading/buying/selling/moving capital/storing wealth...on floating decentralized quantum proof enrcrypted networks.  ;D

Cardano is a good project, but this time, most altcoin and bitcoin are all down!
Be sure to use investment and proper attention to grow!

I believe coinbase has a set of rules / criteria they use to select coins which they will list on their exchanges and if cardano meet the requirement, they will defiantly list cardano on their exchanges, and I believe they will still list it but i guess they are taking their time and will list at appropriate time

Neo and Tron are not good coins!

Cardano is wellknown coin and if coinbase add cardano then many people will be benefitted who hold cardano and still haven’t any good platform to exchange.

why you believe if Bakkt will add cardano,, ?
is this only your personal opinion, or you got a valid informations about this ?

Coinbase has bunches of contenders that rundown different coins they don't, they don't look like dolts in light of the fact that on the off chance that it. feeble endeavor to pump Cardano and no premise to have anything to do with coinbase. Zero proof of the new trade thinking about Cardano.

Personally I see no reason behind why having Cardano listed on Bakkt's exchange will harm Coinbase's business. Coinbase currently have BTC, ETH, ETC, BCH and LTC listed on their exchange and these are the profitable ones so far. Moreover, Cardano is not doing extraordinarily well that having it listed will give other exchanges added advantage.

Bakkt coming into play will definitely change the scenario of current crypto exchanges but I don't understand how can Cardano give them an advantage over Coinbase. Is it just your speculation or some data and information driven statement that you have made? Hopefully, you'll clarify as we are all looking forward to Bakkt exchange.

There are lots of competitor that's why coinbase have to list the cardano. If they don't do it they can not survive in the market.

Coinbase will not list all the coins at once, listing a coin requires some time and implementation, and they will list coins based on the demand, so I think that they will list cardano at appropriate time

I rushed to see this post because I was thinking coinbase is already planning listing cardano as the sight of the headline  ;D, but nevertheless I think in the near future coinbase might list cardano, it's a gradual process.

My personal instinct is that in the next bull market, Cardano's coin will stand out. I personally think it is very worthwhile to invest. Caldano has a huge community and trading volume, which in terms of quantity indicates that it is worth investing. It is technically safer, more flexible, and more scalable. It is available to millions of users.

You can't tell for sure if Bakkt will even list Cardano when their exchange becomes ready, and you can't tell when their exchange will even be ready, they just announced their plan to build the exchange, so maybe before their exchange will ready, coinbase would have listed cardano

Coinbase authority are not fool. they know how to survive in the market. They have lots of competitors. they know how to beat them. that's why they list the cardano.

Coinbase is a very good platform. But it does not seem like they are bound to enlist Cardano. If it worth being enlisted in Coinbase, then they surely will.

Given Coinbase has a lot of other better coins to enlist, they are not forced or in any position compelled to enlist this coin. If this coin has potential then it will get enlisted. Biased opinions should not be posted.

Coinbase is not entitled to anything. it will only enlist the coin if the project is worth to be enlisted. If they do this without further speculation, their reputation will be at stake.

The same question i am just asking myself how cardano will give coinbase more advantage? I think the poster is a great supporter of cardano and he wants cardano to be listed on coinbase, moreover Bakkt exchange will take some time to be developed and they will need to attract users.

If Cardano deserved to get enlisted, then it will, not only by Coinbase but by any other sources if it is a fitting candidate.

Every exchange has coins that are not listed on other exchanges that doesn't mean that they can't compete with others. If Bakkt lists Cardano in their exchange they will have different user base who are interested in Cardano. Similarly, Coinbase has their user base for different coins that are listed on their exchange.

How come adding Cardano will give CoinBase will give advantage whereas they are already having the advantage of being the market leader? At least provide some information supporting your claims and I think both the exchanges will have their different user base so it doesn't really matter who adds Cardano first.

I agree cardano  deserves to be enlisted

It is a great news, The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) is a well known name when it comes to stock exchanges and they have made a remarkable achievement in that sector and I hope they coming into crypto space, they will replicate the same achievement in the crypto space.

Cardano have better price value in the market. With in some years you may find this coin in the coinbase wallet but expecting it to now itself means I am not sure we can expect this much value or not.

In their old blog post (https://blog.coinbase.com/coinbase-is-exploring-cardano-basic-attention-token-stellar-zcash-and-0x-9e44f0eb823f) they mentioned ADA having a possibility of getting listed. Your Cardano might take some time before it gets listed on Coinbase because they just added ETC. If they don't list Cardano immediately they're still a huge exchange that's making a lot of $$. Any new exchange that would list any top coin won't disrupt Coinbase in some way unless their customers stops using their site permanently and move to other exchanges.

Cardano is a project with a working product that simply does not aim to work quickly, because their goal is the capitalization of 1 trillion dollars.
