Post by: Bichian Genovese on August 08, 2018, 09:10:54 PM
We discuss, make a decision short-term trend for the upcoming time... value for money Bitcoin material will decrease about the level of support 156xx be or not? Or the compare chart of Gold in 1990 - with the Bitcoin currency are reasonable or not. Personally, I think the market is expanding more market share, so why us there such rumors aim? There are conspiracy theories behind it or not? There is certainly, then, it happened yessterday, as soon as there iss official news on the floor off the CBOE filling open ETF Bitcoin SEC, but get the answer rejected....the Previous few days, not far away, there are events related to the exchanges as Okex and Bitmex? Are related to employment rates for the purpose of deiliberating for the investor, sel off the Bitcoin and Altcoin they are holding or not? If this 1 trick market from the large investors? Let's together discuss in the topic, ok ^^ ;D ??? :P

The short term trend for BTC is definitely down from most charts I've seen. This is largely because the whales are looking for good prices to get in readiness for the SEC Bitcoin ETF approvals.

Short term means, what's your time scale? I think with the current trend Bitcoin is going down, however there will be a time for a major correction and in the long run Bitcoin will increase in price! As you know it is the World's first crypto and only a limited number is available. A nice recipe for the price to increase in the long run.

I believe we are in long term bear market and this will end after Bitcoin halving in 2020.

We’re in a bear market quite clearly when you look at the price direction since Xmas 2017. When the bearish trend will end is anybodies guess but it will end. What goes down always goes up in bitcoin. There will be another epic bull run.

I shared the same perspective that with you. The crux is located in the asian stock markets lower, countries with strong economies such as China. beginning August 8 to present continuously dropped points. And Crypto market is one of the solutions for the stock market. This is 1 of the arguments I find logical. And the view that the work of the Bitcoin price stay low long term, it will not happen in the present moment. ^^ ;D

we are stuck in sideways between $6k and $8k and there is a good chance that we continue seeing this for another month until SEC rejects ETF and be done with it so we can have the rise. until then we will continue seeing this slow rise/accumulation whenever price hits the bottom.

I believe we are in long term bear market and this will end after Bitcoin halving in 2020.

chances of such a long bear market (for 2.5 years since it started from beginning of 2018 and halving is in the middle of 2020) is the same as the chances for bitcoin to reach $50,000 by the end of this year.

By "short term" how short you mean? 1 month or 3 months? or 1 week?

If you mean before the ETF decision at the end of September, then nobody exactly knows but the insiders.

a) The ongoing dump might be a fake to get world elites on board before the prices shoot up to the moon. Or;
b) maybe the price is already too high and it will go even lower after 30th September...

Nobody knows for sure. I personally believe (and want ofc ffs)  option a) will happen but i am a btc holder so take my opinions with a grain of salt.

Offtopic: You better think about the long term since short term doesn't matter imo.

When we look at the price last year, it will  go up in my opinion the next days/weeks. The increasing intetests/developments for blockchain projects and fusion of traditional services with the blockchain technology should give all cryptos a pushup again in near future.

There is no such rule called we will fall the last year trend this time as well. Last year there was a lot of demand was created and many new investors started to invest money in bitcoins. But this year many governments have put restrictions on bitcoin trading so this time bull may not come so fast. I'm very happy if prices don't break the 5K level this year.

WOW! that is a long shot on the bear market and a possibility for a bitcoin increase on the end of this is might be possible, But I am not reassuring that it will happen, Because looking how the market response to simply a news are making the price down and let's not forget the many people that are panicking because of it, And a certain manipulation was the one that are leading bitcoin stays in the bear market, When this settles we don't really need to wait that long for the bear market to go.
