Yeah, it is another dump.
 Bitcoin downs from about $8500 to ~$6300 in some days
 Ethereum dumps from $515 to $355.
 Other smaller altcoins even dumps faster.

Crypto market is really horrible and scary!!
Please give me some advice.

Best time to buy. The meeting SEC about BTC-ETF was postponed until September 30, when the market sharply fell and fell. I think will be a rebound in the next couple of days

Alright, i have sold my stash when it was at the peak price and then still waiting for my order to be filled by those weak hands. I guess the next rumour to buy will be the next month but i have the same thought like you dude the crypto will be probably jump back in a few days later.

These whales who hold plenty bitcoins are manipulating market on every bad news. Its so depressing but they know that somebody will sell and then they buy and get even more richer . We cant change a thing. Only to hodl and accumulate more

I do no think that it will fall on September probably best would be on 2019, thats why people are panic selling right now.

a lot of people panic in this situations,,
most of weak hands are new holders,, so, the strong hands will be the winner in this market
i believe we will see a rising price of crypto in Q4 of 2018

Its really scary if you don't believe in this technology, don't panic because this happen so many times this year yet we are able to hit $8500. Really best time to buy more bitcoin and eth, sharp decline with bitcoin and this mean for me is another opportunity to but bitcoin and play short term this will just depend on your strategy. :)

Yes this is the reason for people to dump all of their coins, a few hours after the announcement the price fall down so deep many people were bought Bitcoin, hoping that they can see the price going high if the proposal is accepted, so it's a good time to buy for now and we will see another drama in September when the etf proposal announced

A piece of advice,  once you go in on any good coin, hold it tight, don't get scared even if your portfolio decreases by 30%, the beauty is you can't loose if you don't panic and sell off.
Best you can do in this bearish market is to relax and don't always get worked up checking the market.  

Most channel telegram predict that btc price will touch 4k-5.2k usd. And then I was shocked when look to the chart. Yeah, it's like last year you know, Q3 is moment for crypto to dumping so hard. So, better you save to fiat.

As a newbie, i really understand how you will feel right now, but the truth is that crypto market is not always about going up and up, sometimes the market go down and sometimes it goes up, it is left for you to make a wise decision with the market movement in other to benefit from it.
