Title: How to remove unconfirmed transaction sitting in my Bitcoin wallet for a week? Post by: Botley on February 24, 2014, 06:22:06 PM I have an unconfirmed bitcoin transaction that has been sitting in my wallet for about a week now. When I issued a withdrawal from an exchange, I received two transactions for the exact same amount. One transaction confirmed properly and the coins were added to my balance. The other one has been sitting there in an unconfirmed state (0 confirms) and won't go away. I believe this is due to the transaction malleability crap that has been going on.
