I am ready to sell my services to you

Wouldn't hurt to b a bit more specific about the type of services that you can offer.

You are a newbie with like no posts and you just say sell my services.  You need to think about yourself a little bit - what can you offfer?  Speak multiple languages?  know anything about computers, coding, internet, advertising?

Just sell your signature and you'll make a bit of a bit.

He need a good number of posts to get into a signature campaign.I don't think having 3 posts will make him a dime.

Agreed however most pay per posts made right?

Here are some options for you:
-you can earn a bit mining altcoins, even with 1 GPU.
-sell signature, but to do it you will most likely have to level up your account.
-there are people here paying for logo designs
-you can try selling some stuff for bitcoins.

The easiest way is just get some cash and trade it for BTC.

all the points you mentioned are valid , but i won't suggest a newbie to get some cash and trade it  for btc , because level of panicking  with every rise and fall sometimes they will blame you everytime it goes down or up :p
I only suggest investing in btc to people's who i think know a lil bit about the risk involved .
